HD is looking for a energetic Recruiting Manager with strategic skills that can develop an entire recruiting department exclusively recruiting Solar Sales Representatives in the state of Florida.

Summary:

The Recruiting Manager will work with the Director of HR to set the Corporate Recruiting Strategies for the development of the recruiting division.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop an entire division of recruiting with emphasis in recruiting Solar Sales Representatives for the entire state of Florida.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting.
• Partner with the Executive Manager to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing goals across the state.
• Create and implement Employment Strategies to attract candidates seekers.
• Coordinate with the Solar Department Manager and interview team to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate skill sets and expectations.
• Develop strong relationships and partner with the community, universities, colleges and job agencies in the FL state.
• Track and report key metrics designed yo measure and predict staffing activity.
• Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
• Mentor and develop each member of the Recruiting Team to consistently provide best-in-class candidates in order to comply with goals and expectations.
• Must be able to provide training, leads, coaching and mentoring to all the recruiting team to achieve set recruiting goals.

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding and ability to develop a recruiting division.
• 4 year degree from recognized college, university or certification program degree preferred
• Recruiting for Solar Divisions preferred and knowledge of construction recruiting preferred
• Excellent communications skills and team based project experience
• Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
• Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word and presentation development
• Must be able to travel (day and/or overnight travel) as needed in all areas of the Florida State
• Must be able to attend out of the area recruiting events, including Job Fair Events, Community Events, College and Universities recruiting events.

Requirements and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of Recruiting experience preferred
• Must excel in both verbal and written communication skills and have excellent organizational skills
• Construction Industry experience highly desirable.
• Must look suitable at all times
• Must look presentable and professional at all times
• Must adjust to last minute changes
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work under pressure and respond to deadlines

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to travel and drive for prolonged period of times
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, reached overhead, push, pull, lift of carry 10 plus lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
