Cufflinks Depot started as a young couple’s vision to fill a need to produce the best in cufflinks fashion. What started as a small men’s clothing and jewelry store 20 years ago has grown to be the largest retailer of cufflinks and men's accessories.
We design, create, and manufacture our cufflinks including our industry leading custom cufflinks. We have a talented staff with years of experience in design, engraving, and manufacturing cuff links from start to finish.

At Cufflinks Depot, the Sales and Customer Service Associate will be an integral member of our team responsible for maintaining and growing our eCommerce business. The Sales and Customer Service Associate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
With an emphasis on current men's fashion both in retail and wholesale markets, our ideal Sales and Customer Service Associate has the ability to wear many hats, is self-motivated and loves to learn new things. Cufflinks Depot goes beyond competitive pay and offers a family-oriented team and casual environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to answer calls, chat communications, take phone orders and provide customer service to customers.
- Maintain and update products on our eCommerce platform.
- Engage with our customers and help promote sales through creative and timely communications.
- Proactively and cost effectively resolve customer issues, and communicate customer special requests to our warehouse, engraving and shipping departments.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts and process daily orders.
- Assist with engraving and shipping of orders.
- Optimize and create a positive customer journey on our commerce site.
- Manage responses to email initiatives in a timely manner and take the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with high-end clientele in a clear and straightforward manner.
PREFERRED
- Experience with ecommerce sales and industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
