Inside Sales Manager:

We are looking for a proven winner who has unstoppable energy and previous experience as an Inside Sales Manager. Must be highly enthusiastic, results oriented, and motivated.

The role will focus on hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, and managing an inside sales team, as well as hands-on inside sales.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Outstanding leadership skills with a proven success working within a team to achieve goals

· Outgoing and personable

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent management and supervisory skills. Multi-tasking is a must!

· Organized attention to detail

· Ability to coach and mentor sales representatives

· Previous experience in a supervisory sales role preferred

Day to Day role of Inside Sales Manager:

· Hiring, mentoring, and developing team of salespeople

· Conduct training

· Distribute leads to our inside Advertising Sales Representatives

· Create a great work atmosphere that fosters results while still maintaining a casual and professional fun feel.

Our staff possesses the necessary expertise and technical background to assist our clients in developing quality, cost effective publications or improving existing ones.

Pay: $100,000 per year
