Job Title: Sales Associate
Position: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $14 per hour

What We’re Looking For

Schmidt’s Music is the go-to resource for band and orchestra instruments and supplies in Pensacola and the surrounding areas, with a reputation for friendly and knowledgeable staff who are excited to help support music and music education. The Sales associate is an entry level position responsible for assisting customers and maintaining the sales floor in addition to other small tasks around the store.

Major Responsibilities

• Customer service
• Assisting in the upkeep of store presentation and stock
• Expanding knowledge of band and orchestral instruments and supplies
• Getting used strings and percussion equipment ready for rental/purchase
• Additional tasks as assigned

Skill, Abilities, and Qualifications:

High School diploma preferred but not required
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Familiarity with a musical instrument, band or orchestra. Not required, but a plus.
