We are currently looking for a call center customer service representative. This representative must be responsible for assisting service customers with scheduling appointments, updates on vehicle statuses, and customer retention efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone inquiries and web appointment requests from customers
• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
• Maintain a high level of world class customer service/ professionalism to all customers
• Recommend additional products that best suit the customer
• Accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals

Requirements:

Specialists must maintain regular attendance and demonstrate exceptional phone skills. Successful candidates will be flexible, possess good organizational skills, and maintain outstanding attention to detail. Customer service representatives must also demonstrate good time management skills, be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Will be trained on dealership computer systems and other programs applicable to position. Professional personal appearance. Ability to work well with customers and other employees.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
