We are looking for an energetic and organized Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients and providing customer service support.

The Account Manager’s responsibilities include:

• Developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Updating client information in the company’s database

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and email

• Troubleshooting customer issues

• Developing and implementing customer service policies

• Generating customer reports

• $80,000 - $90,000 per year
