JOB DESCRIPTION

The Creative Sales Associate role will be front-facing and include a variety of activities and responsibilities. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential as projects often come up that will fall beyond the scope of our defined roles. This is a full-time, in-person position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primary point of contact, take the lead in assist clientele in showroom, via email and over the phone to close sales
• Preparing and sending quotes to clients
• Confirming and placing orders
• Following and relaunching customers
• Tracking orders to completion
• Tracking custom project orders to completion
• Proactive reach out to clients to generate new sale leads
• Acting as a conduit of Cosulich quality and design aesthetic
• Upkeep of client information including lead management, data entry and CRM database management
• Liaise with and support managing director, logistics team and marketing team on transport, special projects, events
• Achieving monthly and yearly sales goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• 5-6 yrs Sales and/or relevant sales background in design or fashion industry in a retail environment
• College degree preferred, preferably in a creative field, business, marketing or communications
• Computer skills & Proficiency in technology with a working knowledge of Mac Suite, CRM and display ability to learn new technologies and programs
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized, specifically related to tasks and paperwork
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end interior design clientele
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be both patient and persistent to pursue answers when needed
• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Willing to be flexible and adapt to new responsibilities or tasks as needed
• Ability to excel in high stress, time-sensitive industry with demanding clientele.
• Analytical problem solving

Salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 / year

Our approach is to provide our interior design and architectural professionals with unique pieces as well as the realisation of custom designs for specific projects.
