Full description of the position

We are looking for a results-oriented, motivated sales professional. The ideal candidate must have sales experience in construction, architecture, or residential remodeling. This sales professional will coordinate with customers in designing, specifying and selling remodeling projects in keeping with the Refined Renovations process.

This candidate should be able to listen to the customer, conceptualize a design solution and understand how to build the project according to our high-quality, best practices standards.

What the job entails:

1. Identify and develop sales leads.

2. Guide prospective customers through the sales process.

3. Present design options to customers.

4. Deliver true estimates.

5. Prospect and network for new business development.

6. Achieve sales objectives and profit targets.

What the ideal candidate will bring:

1. Proven skills and successes related to construction remodeling, design, leadership, and sales.

2. Innovation and adaptability to take on and creatively solve challenges as they arise.

3. Ability to establish early rapport and trust with new prospects.

4. Five+ years of experience working in construction, architecture or design fields.

5. Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to successfully manage tasks and projects simultaneously.

6. Exceptional communication and people skills to communicate clearly with both customers and vendors.

7. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot quickly and efficiently.

8. Aptitude for and eagerness to learn new things every day.

9. A valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to meetings.

Earnings:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
