What We Offer
This is an excellent opportunity to become an Outside Sales Account Manager for a quality stone surfaces company, providing to wholesalers, fabricators and designers, who sell the countertop product to their end customers.
This position pays between $60,000 - $70,000 as a base annual salary (based on skills and other determining factors as decided by the talent acquisition lead) and offers exceptional benefits, which includes the opportunity for $20,000 - $30,000 in commission, health, dental, and vision insurance, and variable PTO.

What You Would Be Responsible For
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Proactively lead a joint company account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Develop a sales action plan to service accounts with high growth potential, collect strategic “intel”, and develop leads from existing account bases to better infiltrate designers, architects, and builder’s as potential customers
- Participates actively with local professional organizations
- Create and execute specific plans to introduce and implement products in showrooms
- Expand brand penetration, assigning more displays to qualified customers/locations
- Lead and coordinate solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Visits every customer with displays at least once per month, and report visits via email to the Director of Sales
- Organize assigned territory/region sales calls weekly
- Develop an action plan to approach designers, architects and builders, once the fabricator leads are found
- Promote and execute product knowledge at customer’s location
- Actively participate and leverage branch events as ways to increase sales
What Qualifications We Require
- 10+ years of experience in commercial sales
- Experience in the building material industry or a similar industry
- Has achieved sales metrics of $1M - $3M per quarter
- Previously managed up to 200 accounts
