Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, you may want to consider working in the office of Lindsay Sapanaro - State Farm Agent. As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home life and disability insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

• Service and Sales Assistant for our Growing Team
• Administrative Duties servicing our current accounts and looking for more opportunities for growing our business
• Management of administrative and customer experience
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Salary plus commission/bonus
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Skills

• Must be willing to work with a Team of sales focused individuals and have a coachable attitude!
• Must want to give your best every day! No drama allowed here!
• Licensed Property/Casualty, valid AZ license
• License Life/Health, valid AZ license
• Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience
• Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, life, disability)
• Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
