Full description of the position

This position requires excellent communication and sales skills. We are a real estate company offering hard money loans specifically for investor borrowers, and we’re looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in sales to join our team.

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Making outbound calls to leads (potential borrowers) provided by the company
- Utilizing marketing material and methods to effectively market our loan products
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals set by management
- Maintaining appropriate records of sales conversations and customer data

We offer an hourly rate, as well as bonus compensation (Up to $1,000) based on performance.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
