We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Sales Analytics Department.
The Sales Coordinator (SC) is an administrative sales-based position that provides support to the Sales Operations Analytics Manager (SOAM) and divisional sales teams in order to create and maintain relations with Business Partners. The SC will complete administrative support activities which include communication distribution, file management, review of information, data entry and report distribution. The Sales Coordinator is accountable for compiling, reviewing, and inputting the necessary information to setup or renew Business Partners.

Highlights:
- Maintain data integrity of Business Partner information and documentation (Examples include but are not limited to business licenses, financials, signed agreements etc.)
- Accurately maintain the dealer service databases which include but are not limited to Salesforce and the Loan Operating System (LOS)
- Performing the applicable Source Management setup and renewal processes and procedures
- Communicate with existing and prospect Business Partners as needed to obtain missing information for new set up, renewals, or reviews
- Reviewing broker compliance monitoring alerts to ensure proper updates of Business Partner information and relationships with Credit Human are maintained
- Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience to internal/external stakeholders
Experience:
Required
- 2 years of experience in either sales, sales support, or administrative support
Preferred
- 1 year of Salesforce or similar CRM system experience strongly preferred
- Experience in Manufactured Housing Industry
Education:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Associates Degree
Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, team focused, and service-oriented
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial statements
- Knowledge of legal documentation verbiage
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm (on-site)
Starting Pay: $20.98
