The Internet Sales Coordinator will…

• Serve as the first contact for prospective home buyers and provide a fantastic customer experience through email, live chat, and phone calls
• Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings
• Qualify buyers based on desired location, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes
• Convert internet customer traffic by creating the desire for them to visit the new home sales office and salesperson in person
• Follow up with internet leads as needed and distribute electronic marketing collateral
• Create and effectively manage an internet customer database

#The ideal candidate will have…

• 2+ years’ experience in the homebuilding industry
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid California Real Estate Salesperson's License
• Intermediate computer and internet skills
• Effective writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
• A team player attitude with a commitment to self-development of sales and internet skills
