Position: Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales)

Who/What Are We Looking For?
  • Individuals with successful HVAC sales experience
  • Ability to embrace and follow a highly effective sales process
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
  • Promote products and services effectively and comfortably
  • Organized, strong passion for success
  • Communicate effectively with the install team

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in meeting HVAC sales targets
  • 3-5 years of HVAC sales experience
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Properly operating vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Above Basic Computer skills

Compensation:
  • Small base salary
  • Most Consultants make $100,000+ in their first year
