Full description of the position

We are one of the largest specialty meat companies in the U.S., and we’re looking for a salesperson to lead our growth in the Seattle metro-area foodservice market.

The right individual for the job is well-networked, highly maneuverable, and capable of discovering and developing opportunities in both food service and retail. They must be self-motivated, energetic, driven to succeed, and able to work independently to build and support your customer list. Sales experience is mandatory. Chef experience is a plus.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• An understanding of meat, butchery, and the foodservice industry
• At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in protein
• Knowledge of restaurant and retail buying needs, budgeting, and menu development
• Tech savviness

Compensation: $50,000-150,000, commission based, with a draw
