Artisans is a fun gift boutique located on St. Armands Circle. We sell better souvenirs, tropical home decor, and fine crafts to happy vacationers and locals alike.

We work to create a helpful, warm, and friendly shopping experience in our store. We chat, answer questions, and ensure our customers know they are welcomed. We are never pushy and make shopping a great experience

As sales associates, responsibilities may include ringing up transactions, restocking products, helping to create displays, learning about products and sharing knowledge with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Answer customers questions about specific products
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
