As the Business Development Specialist you will be responsible for introducing Architectural Companies and Clients to The Splash Lab and what we offer. This will be achieved primarily through virtual presentations. You will build on the excitement the TSL Brand already generates & through your expertise you will exponentially increase the number of designers who specify our products.
Roles + Responsibilities - Strategic
- Create and maintain a system of follow up for all architectural contacts
- Network with Key Industry leaders
- Create a framework to touch and introduce as many people to TSL as possible
- Continually refine and adjust presentation according to market and clientele
- Gather feedback from the market on product and industry needs
- Build a network of TSL fans
- Reflect the values of the TSL brand
- Create and continually develop a 5* interactive presentation experience that clients remark on and recommend to others as well as give great reviews on.
- Work with marketing to ensure our Lead Scoring from marketing is feeding a regular flow of MQL’s to you.
- Oversee the BD coordinator’s efforts in outreach, ensure it is targeted, well considered and successful. Work on maximizing the success of key platforms, zoom, dodge, RIB etc.
- Create a presentation of excellence journey that we take persons through from easy booking to reminders, generate excitement in our presentation, polls during the presentation, videos and follow up thankyou notes and gifts. Make it so that no one is worried about it being online. Sell the benefits.
Roles + Responsibilities - Tactical
- Provide inspiring and educational 15 + 30-minute product presentations virtually to architects using Teams Meetings
- Book and sometimes present tabletop product presentations / wine and cheese events and Lunch and Learns in-person to architectural companies
- Capture and accurately record all new contacts in HubSpot
- Follow up all meetings with action items and next steps
- Record outcome of meetings in HubSpot
- Arrange gifts and rewards to specifiers and key contacts
- Enter new SQL’s in Hubspot and link all relevant details
- Keep the BD pipeline uptodate and accurate
- Keep a record of every presentation, the results, follow-up and leads generated.
- Feedback to the marketing team requests made from presentations as to new slides, ideas etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
