Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 yrly.

Location: Remote - Primary location is 9201 E. Mountain View, Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.

Hours: Days, Evenings, occasional weekends and must be flexible.

POSITION SUMMARY:


The Client Success Manager ensures that Matrix executes on key operational and contractual client requirements, and interacts with clients on a variety of Matrix program components, which demonstrate Matrix is meeting and exceeding its customer commitments. This position will assist the Client Success Directors in managing client expectations by leading the delivery of client-facing materials, reports, and responses to customer and member operational inquiries. This position requires a blend of account management, project management, process knowledge, in-depth product understanding and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

The role will be highly visible with an expectation that each customer is provided with the highest quality customer service and exceptional communication to ensure flawless execution.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Client Success Directors in preparing for client meetings with assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Manage client requests with internal stakeholders.
  • Interact with Matrix SMEs to support client inquiries and needs.
  • Potentially oversee one or more client accounts during Client Success Director’s absence
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities of clients with the project/client implementation team to ensure implementations progress on schedule and meet customer specifications.
  • Coordinate delivery of client facing reports from Client Ops Reporting team, and drive enhancements to reporting content, format, and delivery.
    • Ensure accuracy of client reporting by QA’ing prior to client delivery. In depth knowledge of client’s membership population and reporting to assist in answering client questions.
  • Use Matrix CRM and other tools to track and assist forecasting of expansionary opportunities, to document and communicate internally regarding probability and timing of upcoming program expansions
  • Prepare for, participate in, and potentially lead regular external and telephonic client meetings, and contribute to internal Business Development meetings and reports
  • Act as the primary account liaison for designated accounts where appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field experience.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a client focused role with increasing responsibility
  • 3+ years solid experience in program/project management; preferably in healthcare
  • Demonstrated ability to work against a plan, meet deadlines and produce deliverables relative to target dates
  • Exceptional consulting skills and customer savviness; experience managing, defining, leading and successfully delivering on-time initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and lead across internal constituencies regardless of title or authority
  • Proven ability to apply process acumen to process improvement projects, with measurable business performance improvement outcomes, independently and successfully
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.


Travel Requirements: 25% Travel locations and frequency will vary depending on clients and Account Director needs.
