About the Role:

As an AT&T Authorized Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Vivid Strategies Inc/AT&T, providing personalized interactions with our customers. You'll deliver phenomenal customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the full suite of AT&T products and services. Being courteous takes on new meaning in today's environment – it is more than just service with a smile. It's creating a meaningful connection between each customer and our brand; beyond the sale. Your ability to provide a seamless experience will be rewarded as you work to meet critical objectives and sales goals.

As a fast-growing authorized retailer, every day will provide new opportunities, so you need to be flexible and open to change. You'll assist with curbside delivery, online orders, and even prospecting efforts to attain new customers. You'll also assist with maintaining store inventory, basic sanitizing procedures, and the merchandising of products. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, we'll provide training to bring you up to speed!

We're looking for top-tier professionals who will share their knowledge with our growing customer base, which comes with many rewards. It starts with the paycheck – base plus commission. Our current full-time Retail Sales Consultants earn on average $42,500 in total compensation in the first year when successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to achieve sales goals that will provide great financial rewards
• Provide extraordinary customer service
• Build value by offering complete solutions to meet customer needs (Consumer and Business)
• Represent Vivid and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy
• Assist our leaders with store operations
• Work with your fellow Retail Sales Consultants to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service
• Excel in selling all AT&T's products and services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality
• Communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods

• Technical Aptitude
• Commitment to deliver an extraordinary customer experience with integrity
• Must be available most weekends, early evenings, and holidays, as these are our peak selling periods
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. Training is provided
• Bilingual a huge plus: Spanish and Creole preferred
