A few details about the role:
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and review the health center marketing plan of multiple locations which will focus on the prescribed occupancy levels for payor mix categories, taking into consideration the current socio/economic conditions.
  • Evaluate efforts with the independent living sales teams in multiple communities to leverage strength of the continuum and achieve performance goals.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective health center residents and referral contacts within targeted market areas to increase awareness of amenities, services, and care pathways.
  • Professionally represent the organization at public and community functions and foster a positive image of Lifespace Communities.
  • Oversee and/or maintain documentation for referral marketing systems.
  • Review all uniform move-in contracts containing all required paperwork and notices. Ensure uniform contracts are updated as changes occur.
  • Ensure the health centers department operates within budget guidelines and reviews and approves invoices related to health centers marketing expenses.
  • Maintain an accurate daily census of health center residents.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Eight to ten years' experience
  • Sales experience preferred
