RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative service strategies
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Manage customer inventory; while at client facility review inventory of product and compare to invoice. Dropping off necessary product due to customer needs.
- Manage client inventory using hand-held device (CCS Program)
- Advise Route Analyst and/or Service Manager of changes to invoices due to inventory check
- Provide route relief to cover Route Representative vacations or call off’s
- Supervise new account setups
- Make special deliveries to customers
- Responsible for account maintenance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Salesmanship: Ability to identify needs and customer relationship for our products and services
- Leadership: The ability to lead and direct co-workers and associates to streamline production, improve productivity and increase profitability
- Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
- Decision Making: Identify problem/root causes and develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions that are based on logic assumptions which reflect factual information
- Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face communication skills with associates, customers and managers
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- High School Diploma and/or some college coursework required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Account management experience
- Minimal delivery or route experience
- Must be computer literate
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
