Continuing along its successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a Digital Sales & Service Representative able to work on-site at our San Francisco office.

The Position

The Digital Sales & Service Representative is responsible for sales efforts related to various Credit Union financial products to prospective and current members. In addition to these sales efforts, the position supports, promotes and markets promotional activities and enhances existing and new member relationships.

The person in this role assists new members and potential members with pending account and loan applications. They will process and fund consumer loan requests as well as manage loan pipelines quickly and accurately. In addition, this person will also respond in a timely manner to all member inquiries on accounts and loan products by phone and through e-mail, and they will resolve complaints, adjust errors and answer questions promptly.

Who Are You?

You have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also have banking and sales experience with auto, credit cards and personal loans as well as strong teleconsulting skills. Experience as a successful personal banker, including experience in sales, is required. Strong PC skills are also required, including Excel, Word, Adobe, internet and website navigation.
