ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers phones and greets customers in a polite & expedient manner.
• Look up parts, ensuring the part(s) are correct to the customer’s and Company’s satisfaction.
• Establishes strong customer relations.
• Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales plans
• Works with outside parts sales to develop and service our customers.
• Performs sales related duties or other tasks as assigned by the company.
• Keeps working area clean and orderly.
• Participates in all recommended training to improve productivity.
• Additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
• Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Constantly moving 20 lbs. to move objects.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• High School Diploma, equivalent or higher
• Heavy truck parts knowledge preferred
• Karmak software knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated customer service excellence
• Proven ability to work well in a team
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet functions and other computer software applications.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a physical/drug test and background/MVR check
