Kyocera is passionate about improving our customers’ lives with technology. The BSC will assist our dealer partners and direct sales personnel in better serving their customers, creating key opportunities for growth in solutions sales.
At their core, the BSC contributes to the achievement of Kyocera’s growth and sales targets by developing end user engagement strategies with our U.S. based dealer partners and direct sales divisions. This position will drive sales of Kyocera’s robust software portfolio, targeting (4) key pillars of growth including; Capture, ECM, Cost Control and Security and chargeable Professional Services. Working as a nationwide team, the BSCs will support KDA’s sales teams in developing the solutions pipeline by driving business growth plans within an assigned territory/zone, as well as assisting with new dealer recruitment and development.

Responsibilities:
+ Effectively generate software pipeline in assigned territory and plan with zone senior manager to close business based on identified KPI’s
+ Collaborate with Senior Manager, BSC and Zone Sales VP / Regional Sales Manager to develop a core list of target dealers for growth in software sales.
+ Develop a strategy for designated dealers to enhance current software sales and billable professional services within the 4 key focus areas listed above
+ Ensure all designated Certified TDS dealers within an assigned region are engaged and proactively deploying KDA’s “total document solutions” focusing on the (4) pillars of KDA’s software growth
+ Increase billable professional services within assigned dealers to enhance service offerings and mutually grow business
+ Ensure assigned dealers are current on all sales/pre-sales training and certifications
+ Create business plans that complement KDA’s go to market strategies and provide practical support where required to reinforce the core training principles and enhance confidence in deploying KDA’s value propositions, locally.
+ Develop, deliver and maintain post training business strategy practicums, as applicable, in support of company-wide training initiatives for its dealer partners and direct operations sales locations.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in at least 4 of the following disciplines:
+ Professional services, OEM channel pre-sales support, capture solutions, enterprise content management, cost control and security software, software business development
+ Demonstratable knowledge of enterprise network technologies, user network environments and related IT services
+ Ability to identify and analyze customer document imaging and workflow requirements including SOW and POC creation
+ Proven track record of driving billable Professional Services in a minimum of 2 of the core disciplines listed above
+ Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to travel 70% (overnight) required.
+ Physical requirements: standing, sitting and working with computer, bending, and light lifting.
