Full description of the position

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, critical thinker and driven. This role will be responsible for conducting origination calls, identifying qualified leads, data entry and communicating across different departments. This role offers hands-on training and development with the expectation of growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Follow-up with your accounts to continue relationships and offer additional funding programs.
• Prospect clients and understand their needs
• Understand urgency to complete funding in 24-72 Hours
• Communicate across different departments
• Work with underwriting regarding offers and other documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of work experience In Sales
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build long term relationships with clients

Salary: From $15-25 Hourly

Commission: Yes $20,000 - 100,000 Annual

Schedule:

We offer a block scheduled for all employees. You can arrive between 6AM - 8AM and depart 3PM - 5PM if you have completed you 8 hours.

• 7AM – 4PM
• Monday to Friday
