Job Description:
Absolutely no cold calling is ever done in this position. We only communicate with people who contact us regarding interest in our home improvement services. This position depends upon making excellent first impressions on the phone, so having a dynamic and flexible communication style is essential. Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be able to work 2nd shift; Monday – Friday 12pm – 9pm with weekend availability
• Strong work ethic and high level of accountability
• Sales experience or experience working on phone as a primary job function
• Persuasive and motivational conversational skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
• Team oriented disposition
• Must be able to work 12PM- 9PM
• 1 Weekend Day Availability
• This is NOT a remote role. Office is located in Toledo, Oh
