El Cajon Ford is looking for a few energetic employees to staff our Business Development Center. The position will require the applicant to have good phone skills with addressing concerns with our customers. It will also require the ability to interact with our customers using our computer system for making reservations as well as giving updates to the progress of customer's vehicles. The position's compensation is hourly at a rate of $18.00 per hour with benefits for full-time employment. We offer medical insurance as well as a 401k retirement plan.
