Automotive Sales Manager/Finance Manager

We are seeking a qualified individual that can join our management team at Mike Miller KIA, Mitsubishi and Genesis. The right individual for this key position would have dealership experience in both finance and sales and assist on the management team of both departments.

Automotive Sales Manager/ Back up Finance Manager Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Desk deals with the sales staff, and assist them in closing sales.
• Train/Mentor Sales staff.
• Market inventory by handling the display.
• Maintain our outstanding customer satisfaction results
• Presenting financing to clients while explaining extended service contracts, dealership service procedures and aftermarket products.
• Processing leasing and financing deals while securing approval through different channels.
• Increasing profits for the car dealership.

Requirements and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a sales role at a dealership

1+ years of experience in the F&I role at a dealership

Successful track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals

Excellent leadership skills

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Outgoing and service-oriented attitude

Knowledge of both Sales and Finance
