Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is currently seeking an accomplished Technical Sales Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggest appropriate products

2) Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable

3) Follow up with customers and resolve any issues that may arise

4) Keep customers informed about new technological products

5) Compile proposals and reports related to technical products

6) Ensure that sales targets are consistently met

7) Report to the Management about sales made

8) Update records of customer communications and contact information

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the biotechnology industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
