Responsibilities

• Quote and close sales on warm-transfer and Real-time prospects.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Requirements

• P&C Insurance Sales: 1 year - Proven track record selling over the phone.
• Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
• Ability to Remain Calm Under Pressure
• Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter
• Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license

Salary Range

We offer competitive salary, commissions, and bonuses. Salary Range of $45,000 to over $75,000 based on experience.
