Heathered Boho Boutique started as a passion project for Heather and Ryan Bickley, our founders. Heather chose to name the boutique not after herself, but thinking of heathered textiles. When a fabric contains heathering, it adds texture, depth, and pizzaz to a garment - and that is exactly what you'll find within the halls at Heathered Boho. We are a high-volume e-commerce business, fiercely dedicated to offering something for EVERY BODY, selling items exclusively through online channels to over 250,000 supporters. Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Generally fashionable and comfortable in your own skin for modeling purposes
• High energy and spunk
• Articulate to explain products during live sales or fit videos
• Comfortable with being photographed and recording videos for various product listings
• Confident with performing Live Sales online in front of hundreds of viewers (you'll have plenty of training!)
• Willingness to study the craft of salesmanship, competitive brands, and industry trends
• Well-groomed at work including hair, nails, & makeup
• Not be a smoker because you will be wearing sample items each day
• Detail oriented, organized, well spoken, and a team player
• An exceptional customer service background
• Ability to stand on your feet for hours at a time
• Ability to move boxes of inventory that weigh up to 30 lbs
• A self-starter, ambitious, multi-tasker, and outgoing
• Reliable transportation
• Able to style outfits and make suggestions to our customers that are in-line with industry trends and staple pieces
• Familiar with social media

Main Duties:

• Hosting live sales through our platform that streams to Facebook, our website, and our app. This includes but is not limited to modeling, styling, demonstrating products, and upselling items
• Choosing items to showcase on your hosted live sales, which may have a theme or specific goals - and suggesting new themes
• Assisting the back office team where needed when not hosting live sales during your base scheduled time (this may include shifting inventory, assisting intake, etc.)
• Ensuring that the sample room is kept neat and tidy at all times - especially after your live sales
• Creating videos of new products (may be used on any social media platform - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Styling and modeling outfits for content to be shared for your live sales through our communication channels
• Supporting our culture of inclusion through generating content that supports our mission

There will be an extensive training and a 90 probationary period if hired. During this time, you will be required to assist with several evening live sales (7pm) in order to become acclimated to our audience.

Experience:

• Sales experience 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) 1 year (preferred)
