General Manager $250K+

Looking for a talented individual to oversee operations at our new 8,000 sq.ft. location on Railroad Ave. Albany. Yankee Home is ranked nationally #130 on the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 list. Your job will start out recruiting, motivating, and managing a small sales team. After that you will be given production and administration to manage until you have complete autonomy and responsibility for this branch. Sales Manager to General Manager to a Managing Director role.

Home improvement experience NOT necessary, but you must show us you have the competency for this important role.

The owner is flying in from Florida for second round of interviews next week. Looking to hire straight away.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Base: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 based on experience.
