WELCOME!

LaVida Massage is currently seeking a full-time sales associate with the drive and compassion to help new and existing clients build healthier lifestyles. Our goal is to ensure our clients receive a 5-star experience each time, while promoting a safe and secure work environment for our employees. Qualifications:

o A passion to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals

o Sales experience with the ability to sell memberships (preferably in the massage or health and wellness industry)

o Front desk experience and the ability to deal with high volumes of appointment booking in a fast-paced environment

o Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

o Ability to work independently and within a team to promote the overall team success

o The candidate must be reliable, goal-oriented and internally motivated to meet personal and business sales targets

o Mindbody experience or the ability to learn a new computer software fast

o Ability to work within the guidelines and policies of LaVida Massage

o A positive and upbeat personality

Responsibilities:

o Booking appointments in-person or over the phone with a welcoming voice and smile

o Checking in/out clients

o Selling memberships, massage packages, and gift cards

o Support the overall team

o Ensure 5-star service to every customer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
