Looking to hire a Operations Manager to work in tandem with the General Manager and the Front Office Manager, who can lead our hotel in providing exceptional customer service and take responsibility for all inside sales executions.

Must haves:

Provides operational expertise in the areas of lodging, food , beverage, and special events throughout the organization

Develop and implement sales stategies

Responsible for compliance with all resort policies including cash handling and financial management, business practices and laws employment policies

Assist the General Manager and Front Office Manager in responding to and resolving guest complaints

Responsible for leading and mentoring the employees while creating and contributing to a world class guest experience

Train, coach, evaluate, mentor and manage employees to ensure they have adequate guidance and resources to achieve performance objectives for success

Ensure standards are met to maintain department objectives, company and department standards, regulatory compliance guidelines and budget to achieve proper management of the department

Be the on sight sales manager that works with the front desk to execute upcoming group arrivals and oversee all aspects of our meeting facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
