Full description of the position

Guider is welcoming applications from experienced Account Execs with a passion for mentoring and a background in B2B Enterprise or SaaS to join our team from Q1 2023.


The ideal candidate will be based in either New York or Massachusetts (East Coast US) or London (USA hours). First year OTE circa $150K (USD) and salary dependent on experience.


About the Role

You’ll be at the forefront of our rapid growth plans, sourcing and closing deals within the USA enterprise market. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing and success team to prove how valuable mentoring is within the workplace by collaborating with your prospects to determine and drive value. We already have an established pipeline of clients in the market and are looking for someone to nurture and close these leads.


A bit about you:

  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish using sales qualification processes
  • 3+ years experience, hunting and closing deals in an early B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct compelling on-site presentations and product demonstrations to C-Level executives
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets and closing large deals (£270K+)
  • Experience within the HR/Edtech/L&D sector
  • Deep understanding of the needs, key drivers and success factors of Guider clients
  • Ability to complement your sales pipeline with outbound prospecting, referrals and lead generation campaigns
  • Organisational skills to effectively manage your pipeline of deals to meet your personal, and the team’s, revenue goals
  • Numerical skills to measure and report on success metrics to define sales best practices
  • Ambition to extend our outreach programmes with new innovations to further develop our sales success
