About Us:

Onelin Capital Corporation (OCC) is a Seattle and Silicon Valley-based multi-asset investment management firm. We span across the globe and invest and manage across different asset classes, including real estate (acquisition, development, and property management) and venture (early to late-stage technology companies).

With the growth of the company in Commercial Real Estate Property Management and Fee-Development Services, FFE products and imported Building material, We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Manager to lead our company’s growth initiatives and drive business results. As a key member of the leadership team, the Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, Sales, and Client acquisition and will be able to translate that into measurable business results.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interacts with client through participation in introductory meetings pitches and contract negotiations
  • Promptly contact potential clients, schedule meetings and meeting with prospects to explain property management services
  • Drives the client relationship and business development activities of the company across the region
  • Remain current on market trends in rentals so as to speak knowledgeably with prospects.
  • Assist in market research as to pricing, services, rental rates, applicable rules, and laws.
  • Participates in project management of client plans for key clients and manage updates
  • Oversees the creation of a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials for new pursuits and renewal contracts (most commonly written proposals, RFP responses, and graphical presentations) Participates in client-facing meetings for cultivation and business development efforts
  • Develops strong working relationships with subject matter experts throughout the organization at the functional and account management levels
  • Participates in project management of client plans for key clients and manage updates
  • Performs other duties deemed necessary by management
  • Report weekly and monthly progress as directed by management

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
  • Prior experience in commercial real estate, research, or client development
  • Assist in market research as to pricing, services, rental rates, applicable rules, and laws.
  • 5+ years in sales -- with a proven track record of winning business, exceeding objectives, and delighting customers
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management
  • Experience or interest in the startup space
  • Intimate knowledge of the real estate market in various Seattle communities
  • The ability to embrace new technologies and services
  • Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required in an applicable field
