We are passionate about helping America’s small business owners who have been left out of the traditional banking system. By leveraging the latest technology, we provide millions of dollars of working capital to businesses across the nation.

SBF focuses on supporting our employees by providing comprehensive new hire sales training and advanced sales training courses for tenured Funding Specialists. Job Description:

· Receive inbound inquiries/calls from a variety of business owners all over the country, discussing their business financial needs

· Become a product expert with all business lending products and become an advocate for your customer

· Demonstrate a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

· Use industry leading technology to complete credit applications, execute digital legal contracts, collect and organize loan documents and manage your own book of business

· Build exceptional relationships with business owners and develop trust to understand their financial needs. They look to you to provide solutions to their problems, therefore we need to be experts capable of providing sound financial advice

· Candidate needs to be very proficient with technology, you will be working with multiple computer screens, using multiple applications and computer tools, all while speaking with customers on the phone

· Earn Uncapped Commissions – You control your financial destiny!

Attributes we are seeking in our next hire:

· Self-Motivated individuals with a desire to earn $125K+ per year! We can teach you about business lending, we can teach you how to sell, but we can’t teach you how to be motivated.

· Team Players – everyone is expected to help each other out here – we succeed as a team!

· This is a great position for those just out of school, and/or those newer to the world of finance.

· Presence and Personality – We find those individuals who do best at this job have a large and outgoing personality and love to talk, especially on the phone!

· Technology Proficient- Typing and talking at the same time, CRM experience, Adobe, Outlook, etc.

· Highly Organized- You may have up to 20 accounts or more at any given time to work with, while taking new customers in each day.
