Full description of the position

Licensed and Experienced Agent

- Demonstrated skill and experience in all aspects of professionally managing an existing personal lines book of business

- Rewrite and relationship building expertise

- Willingness and demonstrated ability to attract new clients and new lines of business for existing clients

- Homeowners insurance knowledge a plus

- Experience with agency management software

- Experience using comparative rating software

- A willingness and ability to be proactive beyond the reactive demands of the role

- Must be willing to work full time

- Team Player

- A "can do" attitude and ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

This is a salaried plus commission/bonus position
