Full description of the position

As you probably have heard; windshield replacement is free in Florida when you have damage and full coverage insurance. Our job is to find the drivers with damage and educate them on safety and what they're eligible for through their insurance company.

We are a family multi-location high volume glass shop that does our own installations, with a sales team.
We find our clients directly either at their homes or wherever we encounter them. This is by far the easiest direct sales job you will ever have.

We are commission only, so your paycheck is based on your effort and work ethic. Top performers make $2000-$2500 a week, people that show up and work consistently make at least $1000. Our pitch and process is easily learned, but takes time to master.

We provide an extensive training program, so you can be effective at your job, a mentor to help you along the way, and compensation while still learning.

We work as a team and go out into the field in groups, with transportation included--at no point will you have to spend 8 hours by yourself in a bad neighborhood questioning your life choices.

We do not hire often or very many and when we do, our people like what they do and we have a good work culture.

The ideal candidate will possess

*A great attitude and an open mind

*Good work ethic and punctuality

*An ability to talk to people and have them open up to you

*Experience doing something similar, i.e. car sales, retail sales, restaurant server, etc.

*Their own transportation

*No legal or drug problems
