POSSIBLE $40,000.00 FIRST YEAR INCOME!

Ingram Park Mazda (IPAC) is looking for competitive, motivated, team driven, professionals to join our team as a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative in our Business Development Center (BDC). You will be paid while training. Compensation will be salary plus commission - possible $40,000.00 first year earnings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Handle incoming Internet email and phone leads.

· Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-written manner.

· Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.

· Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.

· Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.

· Deliver inquiries/messages intended for Sales personnel and other departments promptly.

· Willing to participate in skills and product training.

· Must be able to work nights, Saturdays and holidays.

· Must be able to remain focused and work without constant supervision.

· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Self-motivated and goal oriented.

· Bilingual is a plus.
