Mastermind.com is looking for experienced consultative sales reps to market and enroll prospects into the Mastermind Coaching Program. Our worldwide clients are people looking to take their life & business to the next level.

The Role:

• Join the largest brand disrupting the digital product space, backed by Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins
• Compensation model is crafted to ramp a sales rep with 2+ years-experience into a top-earning consultative sales rep with an OTE of $100k+ in the first year

Responsibilities:

• Drive coaching and product sales for all Mastermind offers by setting and closing prospective clients and leads
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience to all people looking to engage with a Mastermind offer, event, or coach
• Maintaining a high conversion percentage and use key metrics and performance indicators to chart your growth and success
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed upon monthly coaching enrollment goals along with a monthly expectation of agreed upon down sells or cross sells
• Attend regular meetings with the Mastermind coaching teams and learn at a deep level about our clients, the product, and our client avatars to drive immense value to clients
• Build your sales career and sales experience through coaching and feedback, ultimately taking your sales game to the next level
• This position is a virtual sales position; you will work from a home office and have the freedom to implement the pre-agreed upon sales objectives.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience working in a high-ticket inside sales environment (experience with $1-$10k+ offers)
• Upbeat attitude with a true passion and interest in the client journey and helping others succeed
• Thrive on tight-knit teams that are built on friendly competition
• Approach new challenges with unbridled energy, a desire to grow, and to contribute to your team and to the lives of others
• Aren’t phased by rejection and know what it takes to roll-up-your sleeves, dig in and cross the finish line with your team to achieve out-of-this-world results
