Seeking a candidate for Sales Support for an excellent career opportunity with a leading organization.

Responsibilities:

• Entering basic quote info into ERP system
• Converting simple quotes to complex sales orders
• Processing orders through to invoicing
• Filing and organizing digital documents
• Answering phones, assisting sales and project management teams
• Maintaining shared email inboxes, and providing info to appropriate parties as needed

Sales Support is an integral part of the team. Successful candidates will bring excellent verbal communications skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and continuously work towards developing new skills. Minimal travel is required.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree.

2. 1 or more years of Sales Support experience.

3. 1 or more years of ERP Systems experience.
