Are you tired of earning for someone else? Are you tired of changing sales targets, constant new directives, and having to re-write your book year after year?

We are looking for someone with experience, drive, and sales ability who is ready to build something for themselves. If you have worked for a captive agency or even an independent that isn’t giving you the tools and freedom to build the book of business you want, we would like to talk with you.

At Genrose Insurance, we offer the tools and support you need to sell and grow your business. On top of that, we offer the opportunity to work your way into shared ownership of your book. We want our agents to feel invested in their work and to have a stake in what they have built. All of our agents can earn an ownership stake in their book of business in as little as three years.

On top of that, we work with all the top carriers. We provide a full support staff for all lines of insurance. You will have access to a private office in Scottsdale. Phones, email, computers, management system are all included. We will even help with some marketing expenses.

Our goal is for you to succeed.

Compensation

• Very Competitive Commission
• Bonuses
• Possibility to earn $100k+ first year

All of our agents earn commission on new and renewal business, with no caps.

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via calls, emails, networking, and other lead sources.
• Run quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and carriers.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and desire to learn.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred, and will be required within 3 months. License assistance is available.
• Life & Health Insurance license not required but is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Education: Associate (Preferred)

Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• General Lines Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
• General Lines Life and Health License (Preferred)
