The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients. The Account Executive will provide insights to client-to business interactions, improve customer experience through product support and handle customer concerns and requests.
Job Duties:
· Perform initial onboarding of accounts with GH Labb customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the customer’s lifetime
· Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively grows customer satisfaction
· Provide guidance and address challenges on work/project management and collaboration to customers
· Perform periodic customer success reviews that confirm improved satisfaction
· Provide solutions with the help of the sales and lab teams
· Promote value through customer experience
· Review customer concerns in an effort to improve the customer experience
· Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the lifespan of the account
· Work closely with management and lab teams
· Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience reliability.
· Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
· Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of Microsoft Office and LIS/EMR systems.
· Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards

· Personal organization is essential.
· Ability to serve as a strategic and supportive partner for clients.
· Able to engage with customers to build loyalty and ensure long-term customer retention and satisfaction through presenting product information and addressing customer issues.
· Ability to communicate clearly with customers and articulate customer issues to improve the customer experience.
· Possess strong phone, written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills.
· Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
