We are looking for a highly motivated, BILINGUAL individual for a full time Staffing Recruiter/ Dispatcher at a local staffing agency. Individual must have strong communication/ Client Relationship building skills, and Excellent phone personality.
Some of the duties will include;
 Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting.
 Call existing customers to generate repeat sales.
 Assist new applicants with the employment process, answer questions and qualify potential temporary employees for eligibility to work.
 Assist with dispatch by preparing work tickets, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location.
 Assist in worker payout and process payroll from completed work tickets.
Must be able to pass strict Background Check and drug screen

Monday thru Friday + every other weekend

You must have your own reliable Transportation, basic computer knowledge, and be flexible with your work schedule.
