Sales Account Executive

We are a well-established, rapidly growing, janitorial services company focusing on medical facilities along with higher education, corporate HQ’s, and the event industry. We are building our business development and sales organization and need a dedicated, self-motivated, team player who shares our values and is an integral part of our continuing success.
The Role
As our Sales Account Executive you will be instrumental in further developing and expanding our client base in the greater Atlanta area.
You are a perfect fit if you are...
- Experienced in solution selling, selling services, responding to RFP’s, and contract negotiation, with a 5+ year track record of exceeding quota.
- Ambitious, motivated, and want to be successful. You are excited about serving in a key role within the organization with direct input into sales and marketing decisions.
- Skilled at communication at all levels throughout an organization (internal and external) and comfortable speaking with janitorial staff and C-Suite alike.
- Adept at building and nurturing existing and new relationships to further our business goals. You understand the value of networking.
- Familiar with CRM systems and diligent about KPI’s. Extra points for HubSpot experience!
- Eager to contribute and relish in the team’s success as well as your own personal success.
- Reside in the greater Atlanta area.
Main Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert. Confidently and effectively communicate what differentiates Environmental Service Partners in the marketplace.
- Drive revenue growth in all industries we serve. This includes increasing revenue from existing client base in addition to new opportunities. Prospect, engage, and build pipeline of business to meet aggressive annual sales targets.
- Actively seek out and pursue new RFP opportunities. Become a trusted advisor within our top target accounts to better position company pre-bid.
- Report directly to the VP, Strategic Development.
