Function/Duties:
This field application engineer position is responsible for managing an existing customer base as well as developing new business. This position reports to the VP of Sales for North America in Santa Clara, California.
Responsibilities:

• Technical responsibility for application of our Technologies
• Identify, qualify, and develop customer base
• Match customer’s needs and goals to our solutions and capabilities
• Investigate, study and document the analog mixed signal market segment needs and feed back to Marketing responsible
• Responsibility for new business development and meeting financial targets in conjunction with the field sales force.
• Knowledgeable in semiconductor analog circuit design and simulation, layout techniques, verification of designs, design kits, ESD and EMC requirements
• Provide application specific technical support and help to resolve technical issues in customer designs during the design phase but also at silicon level
• Work closely with the technical, sales & marketing teams to close new business opportunities and act as liaison with other technical staff

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Skills Background: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience in managing large multi-national accounts with a good understanding of customer/organizational requirements preferred. Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
