Full description of the position

Duties and responsibilities**

  • Identify, qualify, and close new accounts.
  • Responsible for multiple accounts including managing total sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Background in security services industry is preferred.
  • Background in logistics, transportation, warehousing or staffing sales is preferred.
  • Develop and pursue an overall account plan to maximize opportunities and leverage offerings within key accounts.
  • Effectively communicate and present to all executive levels of an organization.
  • Lead negotiations and overcome objections to capture new business opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities by exploring client business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends such as electronic commerce, spend management, and technology initiatives.
  • Participate in trade events and seminars.
  • Facilitate all communications/order processing and reporting for all current and future accounts.
  • Proactively advise and introduce or create new business solutions.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university.
  • 3-years professional sales experience, cold-calling and prospecting environment in the logistic, security or service-related industry.
  • Knowledge of the transportation of high valuables and/or the security guard industry is a plus.
  • Able to show a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
  • Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with management staff and executives.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
