G.Fried Flooring America is hiring Retail, Builder, Light Commercial & Restoration Sales Associates for our Sarasota & Tampa showrooms. We provide a family-friendly work environment with on-site training by experienced sales and support teams. You will use your passion for design to assist our clients with choosing the right product options to make their vision come to life.

EXPECTATIONS

• Greeting Clients
• Assist with design and product selections
• Provide in-showroom, in-home, or outside consultations
• Work with a Professional Support Team to assure success
• Create estimates and sales orders
• Provide outstanding client service and follow-up
• Use communication skills to build trust and rapport

QUALIFICATIONS

• Organized and able to handle multiple clients
• Self-starter motivated by success
• Retail, Builder, Light Commercial, or Restoration flooring experience a plus
• Full-time position, 40 hours and available to work on rotating weekends.
• Excellent oral, written and math skills
• Dependable, accountable, and punctual
