What we are offering? Currently we are looking for effective entry level marketers, good talkers, that have a "go get" attitude. What do you need? No degree is needed to grow with our organization. You need to be motivated and willing to learn, you need an ability to problem solve and deal with issues as they come up and you need to be able to deal effectively with rejection.

Sales experience is preferred but not required if you have the qualities we need. We have a proven system, paid professional training and hands-on coaching.

16/hr + no cap bonuses!!! Bonus $1000+ weekly (Ask about our bonus structure)

• You will be generating window and patio door appointments by following our proven 5 step commitment process.
• You will use the training and sales methodology to discuss our products and services with the customers.
• You will commit to providing an unparalleled customer service experience from start to end.
